AIR TRANSPORTATION
We are pleased to offer roundtrip coach-class air travel for Spectrum Business winners and one guest. You can book your air travel with the President's Circle air team by filling out the travel component within the registration form. Once your registration is submitted, the travel information will be sent electronically to the President's Circle air team. An itinerary will be created combining your preferences, along with event guidelines (e.g., airline preference) and sent to you via email. You will have 24 hours to confirm the itinerary by responding to the email.

As you make your travel plans, please be aware the 2025 President's Circle trip is strictly for winners and one guest 21 years of age or older only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or guests under 21 years of age, even at your own expense.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and your guest between Phoenix International Airport and The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale on group arrival and departure days. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our event staff holding President's Circle signs in the baggage claim area. Our staff will help you with your luggage and direct you to your ground transportation. Phoenix International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the resort.

Transportation will be provided for all hosted activities during the program. Ground transportation for activities not included in the program agenda will be at your personal expense.
