May I bring a guest?
Spectrum Enterprise will host one guest room for you and one guest. Please note, we are unable to accommodate more than one guest, even at your own expense.*Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older.

May I extend my stay at the resort?
Hotel availability before and after the program dates is limited. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact Nick Van Stratt at (704) 469-2146 or nvanstratt@helmsbriscoe.com immediately. Please note, you will be responsible for any additional hotel room nights, as well as your own ground transportation to and from the hotel if you extend your stay. Additionally, your extension plans may require some payment on your part due to increased airfare. Travel consultants will advise you of the best options to minimize your expenses for the extensions.If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservations, please contact Nick Van Stratt at least 21 days prior to your reservation date or you may be charged a penalty of one night's room and tax.

How do I make my airline reservations?
The process of booking air travel begins by completing the travel component within the registration form in the "Register" tab. Once your registration is submitted, the air travel information will be instantly sent electronically to the President's Circle air team. An itinerary will be created combining your preferences, along with certain event guidelines (e.g., airline preference) and sent to you via email. You will have 24 hours to confirm the itinerary by responding to the President's Circle air team. If you wish to make travel plans that deviate from the official program dates, please discuss it with the President's Circle air team, as additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. A detailed itinerary will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. If you have questions or need to make changes to your air travel itinerary, please call 214-379-7300.Back to top
May I rent a car?
You may rent a car, at your own expense, through the hotel or by contacting Ginny Teguns with the President's Circle air team at 214-379-7300 or ginny@eventtravelintl.com. Please note that all hotel parking fees are at your own expense.Back to top
Will there be any out-of-pocket expenses?
During the official dates of the award trip, expenses associated with airfare, ground transportation to and from the airport on group travel days, accommodations for four nights, and group sponsored meals and activities will be covered by the program. All incidental charges (i.e., airline baggage fees, meals not listed on the official President's Circle program agenda, room service, in-room private bar, dry cleaning, phone calls, faxes, business center charges, etc.) incurred during your stay will be at your own expense.Back to top
Will I be responsible for any tips or gratuities?
We've got it covered! All tips and gratuities for airport and hotel porterage, housekeeping, and sponsored activities are included for both you and your guest. Gratuities for additional activities or services outside of the program are at your own expense.Back to top
How do I sign up for hosted activities?
Hosted activity selection is part of your trip registration. The hosted activities will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited space in many of the hosted activities, we recommend that you register immediately when registration opens in order to get your first choice of activity.Back to top

Once I have registered, can I make changes to my selections?
You will be able to make changes based on availability while the registration process is open. After the registration process closes, you will be responsible for any additional costs/penalties incurred due to changing your airline schedule, extending your hotel stay or changing your choice of hosted activity.Back to top

What should I pack?
We highly recommend that you pack at least one change of clothing and any important personal items in your carry-on luggage. Here are some other recommendations based on the schedule of events:Welcome Dinner: Smart Casual (Men: Collared Shirts and Dress Slacks. Jackets Optional. Women: Dresses, Skirts, or Slacks). Bring a sweater or jacket for the evening.
Hosted Leisure Activities: Casual clothing and footwear appropriate for your activity.
A Taste of Scottsdale - Dinner at Desert Foothills: Casual. Bring a sweater or a jacket for the evening in the desert. Footwear without a heel is recommended.
Business Session/Team Building: Business Casual (Men: Collared Shirts, Dress Slacks, and Jackets. Women: Dresses, Skirts, or Slacks).
Awards Banquet: Cocktail Attire (Men: Suit and Tie. Women: Cocktail Dresses or Pantsuits.).
